Helping each other
We help each other with brainstorming, testing & prototyping, network, inspiration, opportunities, change management, pilot projects, promoting etc.
More personal development, philosophy & critical thinking in the classroom. And spark (young) people to read more in the process. E.g. project 100 Challenges, a co-creation with students, alumni and interested people.
Student Office | co-create with the field
We promote making school more interesting with voluntary experts, organisations & partners from the field. Tip: unburden teachers with a concept like the Student Office.
Full circle learning - Alumni
Create education together with alumni. Example: one of your former students now runs a successful start-up. He visits your class to share his story / f*ck-ups and present a real-life business case. Students work in teams to pitch ideas and solutions to support his venture. Tip: build an Alumni Business Club.
More craftsmanship, less bullshit
Inspire students to have careers the world really needs.
Train the trainer sessions by professionals from 'real life'.
Enhance your teaching profession with insights and support from inspiring individuals. For example: an independent journalist gives a free workshop to citizenship teachers (and students) about 'framing and manipulation by media' and also reflects on his own pitfalls and paradigms.
More personal projects for students
We promote giving motivated students more freedom and guidance to pursue masterclass- and passion projects—whether during lessons or as part of the school curriculum. Think: launching a start-up, exploring careers, playing the sales game, inventing, creating, repairing, or conducting scientific research.
Attract new teaching talent
We scout professionals and talents to become a (hybrid) teacher andd connect them to schools (free, transparant, no costs).
